We booked a one-night stay for the promised entertainment like karaoke and a Nintendo Switch. However, our experience fell short due to frequent power cuts, with 7 occurring in just 2 hours, posing safety risks and disrupting our plans. The access card was unreliable, requiring multiple scans in the lift, suggesting an upgrade. Parking was insufficient, with only one spot for a unit meant for 5 people, further inconvenienced by its distance from the building. The rooms had an unpleasant musty smell, compelling us to keep the door open for ventilation. Essential toiletries like shampoo and body soap were missing, which we found unreasonable for an Airbnb. The provided karaoke microphones and Nintendo Switch controllers were faulty, thankfully we had backups. The Wi-Fi was sluggish when connecting multiple devices, and cleanliness was lacking, notably in the toilet and living area carpet, which appeared neglected. Considering the price paid, we expected a great stay and clean unit.

Stay at this airbnb for 1 night on 9 - 10 March, it was truly an amazing and wonderful experience.The house was exactly the same like the photos being advertised, clean, neat and aesthetically pleasing. The host were super responsive, typically replies your message within minutes. As for the karaoke set, the songs choice was not really much, mostly chinese songs, got a few Malay, English and Korean songs but not that much. As for youtube, it can connect but the songs kept on loading and we decided just to go with the pre-downloaded song that already in the set. As for the nintendo switch game, it was super fun and thrilled experience! As for the pool, please bring swimming suit as for those wearing jersey or cotton, the guard will chase you out and will ban you from swimming in the pool. Overall, apart from the pool, it is a wonderful experience to stay in this house and we will definitely come back again.
