This cottage offers coastal charm an idyllic escape to either unwind or explore! It's ideal for couples, families, small groups. only 2-minute walk to the beach. There’s so much to do nearby all less than 9 minutes’ drive to restaurants, vineyards, a distillery, café, bakery, Pub, beaches, local seafood, a golf course and more. Presents three inviting bedrooms with a fully equipped kitchen for those who wish to cook up a feast. A cosy dining room, a spacious living room where in winter the fire takes centre stage. you can watch the sun go down over the rolling hills. Once the sun goes down the firepit becomes the central hub for sharing stories or listening to crackling noises of the fire and crashing waves in the distance. Enjoy a cold outdoor shower after a dip in the ocean or to wash off the sand. Marion bay is also a great base for visiting Port Arthur, the popular three capes walking track, Fortescue Bay national park, Eaglehawk neck and more. Make sure you check out our local vineyards, Cape Bernier, Bream creek and Bangor.

Sue's place was perfect for 3 generations and our dog to relax and enjoy beautiful Marion Bay. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach - which we had to ourselves most of the time. The house was very clean and very well equipped, with lots of back ups in case guests forget things (pantry items, phone charger etc). We loved the indoor and outdoor fires, the spacious living room and great outdoor area. We would happily have more holidays here!

Sue’s place was beautiful cosy and comfortable! Just like the pictures. Beds were really comfortable with great bedding. The house had everything we needed. The outdoor area was so nice to light a fire and enjoy dinner outside. The house was so lovely to stay in with my husband and our two children 9yrs and 12yrs. Beautiful short walk to the beach. Nice lounge to enjoy a movie on Netflix at the end of the day. Felt right at home and enjoyed our 3 night stay. Highly recommend Sues place to others!

Marion Bay beach is stunning with picturesque ocean views through to Maria Island and the Peninsula coastline. Perfect for a leisurely walk, swim, surf, or jog.
This region is well known for its great fishing and diving opportunities and the famous Bream Creek Farmers market held on the first Sunday of each month which showcases the very best of locally grown, fresh and seasonal produce sold by the people who grow and make it.
Getting around in a car is easy. Nearby shops include the Copping Roadhouse (5 min drive) and the Shell service station - stocks a wide range of supplies. (10 min drive) into the nearby town Dunalley. Sorell is our closest large town that has the main supermarkets, Coles and Woolsworth. If you're travelling down, make sure you do your grocery shop.
