Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. You can park for free on-site or on the street, then walk everywhere as my house is on the edge of Nelson city, with the top of Trafalgar Street and the Cathedral Steps about 300m away or just a short walk. And you can leave the car at home and take a bus from the airport, which goes past my gate and stops nearby. Shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge facilities with the home owner (sole occupier). The property is fully fenced and secure and has a private garden at the back, which is where the spa pool is located and a small office/studio/shed that are both available for guests to use. The second bedroom is most suitable for visiting families to use and for up to 2 additional guests to share, sleeping in single beds.
