The property was fine. It was clear that this was a business enterprise as there were many units in the same building and it lacked homey touches. The place was very quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from the street or other tenants during the stay. The couch was super comfortable and the TV was great for movies! The wifi worked really well which allowed us to relax and also get a bunch of good work done while using multiple devices! The handle on the walk-through door on the gate was broken. The description says that there is private parking, and while there was a parking area inside, the host told us to park on the street, which resulted in us having to park further away and carry all our stuff down the street and around the corner. The kitchen only had a plug in hot plate and one frying pan. There was a crack in the wall above the bed, and unfortunately it rained during our stay. The water dripped down and soaked the pillows. We were able to block the dripping once we noticed

A pleasant place to stay for a week in Monterrey. Alberto was the perfect host. Highly recommended his apartment.
