We had a good stay at this property near the Dotonbori area, a bustling tourist spot in Osaka. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with everything we needed just a stone's throw away. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the booking process and our stay seamless. Communication was prompt and helpful, ensuring that all our questions were answered and our needs were met. The room itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The amenities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay, whether it was cooking a meal in the well-equipped kitchen or relaxing in the inviting living space. Overall, we highly recommend this property for group travel. It's a good choice for exploring Osaka, with a responsive host, clean accommodations, and great amenities. We would stay here again on our next visit to the city.

The place in itself was great - clean and spacious for what we paid. However, we were given an incorrect address meaning we were dropped off by our taxi at a wrong location - we paid more for another taxi and had to walk further. The host was slow to respond as well so we had to wait in front of the wrong address for about 45 mins with no where to go or do. We were also told that we could check in earlier because cleaning was complete by one of the staff, but the other lady shooed us off and almost yelled at us for trying to enter our room with a massive frown and told us to go away. We were also immediately spoken Chinese to, (we’re not Chinese) which I find quite rude. The place was also quite far from all stations so it would always be a 15 min walk to any train station or shopping centres.

Close to dotunburi and walkable to all the nightlife action. Far enough away so you can get quiet rest. Great stay for the value but it is around a more foreign area; a lot of Korean and Chinese spots around there so it doesn’t feel very local.
