I do admit house was cozy but had many things wrong like washer & dryer weren't working washer would not finish washing leaving the load full of water, dryer would not turn on at all, I notified host he sent an electrician to fix it a days later, the pool was dirty, unable to be used, 3 out 4 bedrooms had T. Vs but only 1 had a remote and TVs didn't work without one. Same day handyman came for dryer I heard a noise coming from one of the bedrooms I ran to see what it was, turns out the ceiling fan had detached and was hanging by the wires, I texted host, he did reply quick, handyman was not able to fix it, it had to be replaced, kitchen hood range didn't work & was greasy. I rented the house to check in on 4/20 out 4/29 on 4/28 housekeeping came and tells me I had to be out by 10am I stated I had until the next day, she replied well host told me to come & clean, I grabbed my phone to show her my confirmation info she texted host it was cleared but situation was uncomfortable.

Christopher was super responsive and easy to work with. The house is spacious and clean and just as pictured. It was comfortable for 8 of us and perfect for our needs. Thank you!

Loved this place would definitely recommend it. Christopher was a great host. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. There are 2 🌳 in the back yard with great 🍋 and the 🍊 tree has really sweet oranges. I have to say it was a great Christmas 🎄 stay.
