Elevated, sheltered and only a short walk to the beach, Queen Elizabeth Park and Campbell Park, with Paekakariki village with its eateries, art galleries, and regular gigs at the hall only a kilometer away. The main bedroom is bright and sunny and has stunning ocean and Kapiti Island views. The second bedroom captures the evening sun and looks out to the hills. The third is accessed through the second bedroom, has a trundler bed that can be set up as one or two singles (or one large bed), and French doors leading out onto the deck. The spacious lounge looks out on mature Pohutakawa trees, the sea and Kapiti Island. French doors open onto the front porch where you can relax on the jack and jill seat and look out to sea. The kitchen gets amazing sun, has expansive views including of the ocean and Kapiti Island and has all the amenities you will need. The bathroom is spacious and has a large, new shower, new toilet and heated towel rail. Books, music, games, jigsaw puzzles and Wi fi are available for those days when you just want to chill out and stay in.
