I'm so glad I found Connie's place for my March visit to Philly; it was convenient, quiet, and private, just perfect for my needs. She was very friendly & responsive throughout my reservation and stay. It was easy to adjust the room's heat, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is compact but there are plenty of shelves for your toiletries, and lots of towel racks. Clear, easy check-out instructions are posted by the front door. I felt completely at home and would stay here again. Thank you for being such a great host and communicator, Connie!

Cornelia is a very responsive, kind and communicative host. It was very easy to park and right next to the studio. The bed was very comfortable and room was spacious . The natural sunlight was perfect and the additional lighting was helpful at night. I felt at ease as the area was quiet. The area is walkable with great pizza and Chinese food nearby. Close to nearby colleges, King of Prussia mall and the blue route.

Connie was very nice and welcoming. Her place is clean and would recommend to others. She was also very responsove and quick to assist with any questions. price was fair.

Cornelia had all the stated amenities and more. The bed was clean and comfortable. The location is close to lots of interesting places.
