Great location and lovely home but there are some cons as per below No aircons in any of the rooms except for a one in a little media room. Definitely can see the owners haven’t put them in to save money as it gets pretty warm and we are only in Autumn. The water pressure is terrible in the showers We arrived and the outdoor area was filthy. Bugs and mould on all the outdoor furniture. We had to strip the covers off the furniture and wash them just so we could sit on them. The owners response was they didn’t know how to manage keeping it clean (Poor excuse as we cleaned it up in a couple of loads and a good scrub of the patio) Kitchen cupboards in the pantry were filled with of crumbs and dirty. Cleaners must be very slack. The windows were also filthy which was a shame as it made the stunning view not so stunning from looking inside to out. The jetty could do with some repairs as there is a large piece of matting missing which makes a large part of it extremely hot for kids

Awesome house, perfect location and its actually very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were always friendly and responsive. We cant wait to come back.
