The apartment was 5 mins walk from the station, perfect location for a non driver. The instructions Adam gave us were clear and concise, no issues getting in. The apartment itself was wonderful: clean, comfortable and very welcoming, would definitely recommend.

This was the only affordable available place (not a room) in the area on the date I needed. My context was that I had been on a retreat out in the sticks near Lymington and due to no trains running back on the Sunday I needed somewhere near the station just for a very short stop over. The location is perfect for the station but almost too close which is not obvious if you don't know the area. The main bedroom is directly next to the main road and rail track so unlikely you will sleep past 5.30am when cars start going past. Adam was very responsive so made check-in easy. The place was super clean and I knew I wouldn't use it much and did ask for reduction in cleaning fee which Adam explained was down to Airbnb so perhaps offering a discount on rates if people are just using for stop over or consider one night stays only, to cater to varying needs, just an idea. Apartment itself was cool and Adam was super nice and responsive, just depends on what your context/needs are I guess.

Stayed in Adam's fantastic apartment which is right in the centre of Brockenhurst. We were staying with our baby and Adam provided a very comfortable travel cot and highchair. Apartment was spacious with excellent bathroom. Parking nice and easy at the back. Adam was great at keeping in touch and provided some great local recommendations for restaurants. This is a very easy recommendation for anyone wanting a break in the New Forest and we will certainly want to stay there again!

Beautiful flat in a great location for exploring the New Forest by car, on foot, or on the train. Adam is a very responsive host - sorted out hypoallergenic bedding before we arrived. The flat is beautifully turned out, with good kitchen facilities in the open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room area. Comfortable and clean and a lovely bath & separate shower (all seems pretty newly done). It took me a while to work out that Hot & Cold are swapped on the bath tap, but once it got going it was delicious! It's above Albero Italian restaurant (you get a discount - booking recommended), but noise from there was minimal and they close at 10pm. There was more noise from the pub opposite (band playing on Saturday night), but again, they stopped by 10:30, so not much of a problem. Plenty of shops & restaurants nearby, with a converted horse-trailer coffee stall opposite, run by a very chatty family, with delicious-looking homemade cakes.
