First let me say Jennifer is very Friendly and has a great attitude. However the location is not what I expected especially after speaking with her. The place does not match her personality at all. There is no driveway, it's grass. When you pull up if your not paying attention to the address you will definitely miss it because you would think it's an abandoned home. It's what I thought and it was confirmed when the others arrived they passed the house and had to call to find the place. They thought it was abandoned. It can use a pressure washing. The door was dirty. I can't really say what was put up as blinds because it looked like it could have been sheets. Honestly the neighborhood and the way the house looked I wasn't pleased at all. This place could really use an upgrade. Not comfortable at all with where it's located and it's over all appearance.

Obviously for the price we weren’t expecting something extravagant but there is definitely security issues with the home

Jennifer and her team were very helpful throughout the process and I highly recommend renting her place
