All was as described in the description. Communication with the host was always quick
The home was very cozy and had all the amenities we needed. The pool was the highlight of the trip! We barely left the house! Thanks for allowing us to spend time in your home. Looking forward to returning.
This was a very average stay. Pros: Pool/den area very nice Close to downtown/the pearl Big primary bedroom with enough beds upstairs Pet friendly Cons: Washer was broken and took host over four days before offering service. Neighborhood is a bit rundown. Fence is broken so we had to use a couch in the backyard to block it off so our dogs wouldn’t get out. Primary bathroom shower floors were dirty. Limited closet space (there are shelves but they were occupied by an excessive amount of bedding/sheets) I think this would be fine for a low maintenance group for a short weekend. Higher maintenance groups or people staying for longer than a few days might not find it adequate for the price.
