Bonito apartamento con todo lo necesario, hubo un mal entendido con 2 artículos que me dijeron que había quebrado pero así se encontraban cuando llegamos, por lo demás todo muy bien, lo recomiendo

-The location is wonderful. On the beach with 2 beautiful pools on the property. The complex was mostly vacant during our stay so it was peaceful while we were there. The property manager and security guards were wonderful to interact with and ensured we felt safe. -The actual apartment is not well maintained. There is a lot broken or in disrepair. The cleaners did the bare minimum so the kitchen surfaces, dining table, bedroom floor, and lamps were all dirty. When I raised the issue with the apartment manager, she eventually stopped responding and refused to address any of the issues beyond the obligatory I am sorry the cleaners did that. She never came to inspect the place even after we sent her pictures. Juan also stopped responding. They try to get you to communicate off Airbnb, do not do it, keep all communications on AirBnb. -They do not provide any of the 'home away from home' type stuff I have come to expect when staying at an Airbnb. Apartment needs work. Great Location.

Nice unit great location checkin was a bit complicated as well as communication with Juan was not timely before checkin once connected with management team they where of great help…During our stay we lost hot water several times & kitchen sink did not work.

Juan's place was exactly as described in the pictures. Very calm, and private, had access to the beach and the apartment was very clean. We loved our stay
