A house to relax with the family, next to a forest and in a condominium with a lagoon, native forest, trails to explore, playgrounds for children, and controlled access. You can enjoy your stay with our cat Frida, who is very friendly and affectionate (she has food and water dispensers, so you don't have to worry about that). This is our family home and it is fully equipped: it has everything from a washing machine and dishwasher to puzzles and Imanix (the kids will appreciate it). The house is on one floor (it has a small loft that is not included) and has three bedrooms. The first bedroom, with a view of the forest, has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom (with a walk-in shower) and two closets. The second bedroom has a trundle bed, closet, desk and TV, as well as books and toys. And the third bedroom has an L-shaped bunk bed, closet and lots of children's books. It also has a large kitchen integrated to the dining room and living room, a very nice space to enjoy with the family. We also have a winter patio, overlooking the garden, perfect to spend the evenings.
