Full privacy basement suite with separate entrance and end of driveway parking. Fully stocked kitchen with shared laundry. Close by to shops/entertainment yet in the country with a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the Interstate and 22 minutes to the airport. This suite is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is the basement of our family home. It's possible at times you may hear our footsteps, furniture, kids and the dog generally between 7:00am and 8:00pm. We are located in a safe, quiet neighborhood on a larger lot with privacy from neighbors. Private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area with a shared laundry room. Laundry use by us will likely only be needed with stays over 5 nights, and this will be communicated well in advance, and that works for us both. Iron and Ironing Board provided. This suite has a private entrance with a key code. The full kitchen is stocked with many items that include a coffee pot, coffee filters, Keurig machine, k cups, sugar, powdered creamer, tea kettle, tea, waffle maker, slow cooker, toaster and all necessary kitchen items for cooking. If you can't find something, just ask! We have YouTube TV for watching and an Amazon Fire Stick where you can watch from other sources such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. through your own accounts. The basement is supplied with an infrared heater to keep the area toasty warm. We also have central air for those hot summer days. The bedroom has a queen bed with a sound machine and a reading nook area. There is plenty of natural light that shines through, but only if you'd like. The bathroom is supplied with plenty of towels, washcloths, shampoo,conditioner, and body wash, along with other extras. Blow dryer provided.
