No curfews, you will be given copies of keys so you can enter the property at your own convenience. Cleaning Fee: Cleaning fee is EXCLUDED, we do not charge a cleaning fee, but we strictly enforce, a CLAYGO (clean as you go) policy. CLAYGO is implemented for kitchen and dining areas inside the unit and on the rooftop. You may opt to pay a cleaning fee of P2,000 if you do not wish to clean as you go inside of your unit.

Beautiful home that can accommodate a big group. I especially like that it has 3 T&B so it was easier for us to prepare before going out to explore Baguio. The kitchen also has the basic amenities for cooking. We also enjoyed hanging out at the rooftop. The owners and caretaker were also very responsive. Will definitely recommend the place to friends and family.
The place is great! Building and rooms are new and all fixtures functions properly. Good water pressure too! For 10 pax 3 bedrooms 3 baths you can’t beat the price. No aircon though, fresh air with fan worked just fine. Since we booked 2 units, the 2nd floor has great ventilation than the 3rd floor unit. Otherwise, we loved the patios, the roofdeck for morning coffee and 6pm chill time. Pipo thier caretaker is a sweetheart! We’d love to be back again soon! Thank you for the great stay!
GREAT VALUE FOR BIG GROUPS WITH OWN CAR We had a very comfortable stay at this AirBNB. The place has a beautiful and smart interior - very obvious na may professional touch. Ang ganda ng layout ng buong property! We appreciate the bathroom and kitchen fixtures sa house. They are in good quality brands so they all work great - specially the hot & cold shower. The roof top with a nice view was a plus! Communication with Joyce was great too. All smooth. The caretaker na nadatnan namin was nice and friendly as well. The location is medyo looban so I can’t recommend it sa mga walang sasakyan. Mahirap din ang taxi. My cousins had to walk for a while (steep streets) to get one. For improvement: TOWELS Medyo nagallergy kami sa towels so it affected the whole experience. Maybe use better quality ones, to match the rest of the house. Overall, great value. We will surely book again. Thank youuu!
If you're looking for a place to stay in Baguio away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this one's for you. very quiet neighborhood, serviceable by grab taxi. Most of all the pictures are exactly what the place looks like. the carertaker was also responsive and super helpful. we had an amazing stay here and we'll probably book this place again when we go back
Had a very nice stay at Liyan’s place. Place is very updated and very clean. I also like how they quickly respond to every question we have. Also thank you Pipo you are very kind and responsive and also very respectful. Will definitely go back here

This is a safe, peaceful and quiet neighborhood in Baguio, beside a residential exclusive condominium in the city. We are 10-15 minutes away only to Baguio's major attractions, and also near La Trinidad if you are planning to visit the strawberry farm and Atok Northern Blossom.
You may bring a car, since 1 parking slot is reserved for you.
You may also book a taxi via grab app.
You may also walk towards the main road (5minutes walk) to catch a jeepney or a Baguio local taxi.
