Welcome to our charming Artisan Retreat right in the lovely Village of Orchard Park. Large, but cozy, living and dining spaces with a kitchen that has all the amenities. We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has a queen bed, with an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The house is on a private, wooded lot but is a short 1/3 mile walk to all the Village shops and restaurants. 2 parking spaces, wifi, AC and laundry.

The Village of Orchard Park has many shops and restaurants to explore. We are central to many great activities in Western NY. It's 20 minutes to downtown Buffalo, Canalside, Keybank Arena and the Peace Bridge to Canada. We're 2 miles down the road from Highmark Stadium. For fun in the snow, we're a short 15 minute drive to Kissing Bridge Ski Resort, 35 minutes to Ellicottville and Holiday Valley. We're also 10 minutes from the East Aurora Roycroft Campus and Fisher-Price Headquarters.
