Just returned from a lovely stay! Julia was a great host!!! This place was the perfect spot. Super clean and close to a bunch of stores/restaurants in walking distance. Not to mention a 6 min drive to the Stadium. Checkin was easy and everything as described in the listing. Such a beautiful spot with a mature yard!!!. We look forward to returning!!! Thanks for having us.

The cozy cottage was adorable. Plenty of room, private, quiet and peaceful. Julia responded to my questions promptly. I would highly recommend this get away. Close to Orchard Park downtown and East Aurora. We saw the total eclipse at Knox Farm - a local public park! It was awesome.

This cozy little cottage is set way off the road, surrounded by trees in a vey quiet and quaint setting. The location is incredibly convenient to the main Orchard Park Village stores, shops, coffee shops and restaurants and bars. While I had a car, it would certainly not be necessary with so much within walking distance. The kitchen was very functional and had everything you need to cook simple meals. The hosts even included teas, coffees, cream, a couple of other types of beverages and a few snacks, which made walking in seem so welcoming! This home has been completely remodeled and looks brand new from top to bottom. Everything was extremely comfortable and clean and it's quite spacious for a 1 BR home.. The hosts were very communicative and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. I highly recommend staying in this home, or the attached 2 BR home, which I also had the pleasure of viewing. I cannot wait to book my next stay here!

Beautiful, private location right within walking distance of the heart of Orchard Park village. Julia is very responsive and the place is pristine!
