We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was peaceful and quiet, yet very close to town. Having the shared space of the living, dining room, and kitchen helped make this family vacation a great success. We really enjoyed sitting out on the porch and enjoying the view. Our host was friendly and helpful. 100% would stay here again.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay at Olive Epavlis. They were informative, kind, courteous, attentive, and helpful in so many ways. They went above and beyond. The care and hospitality ranks amongst the highest level we’ve seen in all our travels. Geo & Laurie

Extraordinary welcome at the arrival by the house manager Rina and her husband who, in addition to the matter relevant to the house, were able to arrange for the rent of two cars not reserved as we should have done in high season. Pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable, air conditioned (really not necessary for the constant presence of the characteristic wind "meltemi") new built villa. The host managed our one day anticipated arrival due the lack of a daily ferry to/from Rhodos, take this aspect into consideration if you plan such a transit. In conclusion, I would recommend Olive Epavlis to a group of six (very comfortable stay) to eight people (as we were, with two boys sleeping in the huge 60 sqm living-room).

Karpathos. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti nella casa di Costantino e la signora Ria ci ha accolto con grande cortesia e disponibilità, per questo la ringraziamo di cuore. L' abitazione è comoda, pulita e dispone di tutto il necessario per una vacanza in questa meravigliosa isola. L'aria condizionata è presente nelle tre camere. Bello il terrazzo che ci permetteva di mangiare all'aperto. Noi eravamo in nove tra adulti e ragazzi e nel complesso ci siamo organizzati, ma la casa è più adatta a un massimo di sei/ sette persone, altrimenti bisogna usufruire di brandine e del divano letto. Consigliata.

The Konstantinos' House was perfect for us, a 3 generation family with small kids. It is ideally located in a quiet environment with a nice view on the mountain and the sea, but still close from the beach, the harbour, and the very lively town of Picadia. The house was very clean, and offered all the amenities we needed. The terrasse was a great place for the ouzo time, or for dinner. Konstantinos was very helpful in the preparation of our stay, helping in renting car, and providing all the information we needed. He was kind enough to take care of some of us who had last minutes changes, coming by boat instead of plane. During our stay, his family was very friendly and supportive, indicating good location, good restaurant, even making a reservation for us in a small fish restaurant in a distant fisherman village, where we were warmly welcomed. They even lend us a barbecue to grill some meats we had bought in town. Karpathos is a very beautiful island, and the Konstantinos' house is an excellent place to explore the island. It was our first visit to Karapthos, and our stay was so delightful that we will certainly comme back, and hopefully in the Konstantinos House.
