Wonderful villa with private pool, spa and garden a few minutes from the charming village of Polignano a Mare. Surrounded by a lovely garden with olive trees, the property offers a perfect outdoor space for guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest: a patio with two relaxation nooks, an outdoor kitchen with induction hob and a barbecue, and a large curated garden. The entrance opens onto the living area consisting of a living room with dining table, sofa and TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms with a queen-size bed, a television and air conditioning, one of which features an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout. The highlight of the villa is definitely the private wellness area, which includes a spa with sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi and a small gym. Guests will benefit from additional amenities such as air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, and wi-fi connection. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. La villa e' un incanto. Giardino immenso e ben curato. Nonostante la villa sia in un residence, c'e' sempre silenzio e privacy. Un bel angolo di Puglia. Consigliatissima.
Para hacer una evaluación objetiva del alojamiento tendría que separar la calificación. De la propiedad de la del host. Desde mi punto de vista la propiedad podría ser de 5 estrellas si se modificara la descripción de los amenities de los que realmente hay y se ajustará el precio a la de otras propiedades cercanas e incluso dentro del mismo fraccionamiento. En cuanto al host, nuestra experiencia no fue la mejor. La comunicación no era atenta y las respuestas a los problemas que tuvimos con el servicio de wifi y ubicar algunos amenities descritos, pero con los que no contaba la propiedad, no fueron precisas. Y en el caso de los amenities faltantes, nunca se resolvieron.
This villa is beautiful in a secluded location within a gated/guarded community, however there were some downsides to consider before booking. The pre-check in process was excessive and the most paperwork I’ve had to do for any Airbnb in Italy. When we arrived Umberto was nice but because it was the middle of the day we brought addition family members who were staying at a different location in order to got straight to the beach after. This lead to an extremely stressful situation, umberto took all of the family members ID to document them as visitors and said we were okay but stressed that we are only allowed to have 6 people sleep there (which we knew) and mentioned that there are cameras watching in the neighborhood. Then later in the day we got a threatening message from Angelo saying we were not allowed to have everyone there and that he was going to take action, which lead to him reporting us. Even though we did nothing wrong we felt stressed and like we were being watched.
We had a nice two night stay the house is really very nice and top quality inclusions . It is in a gated community which initially feels a little remote but in reality is only 10 min drive to the ocean and restaurants at san Vito. Angelo had great recommendations , we really enjoyed visiting Monopoli which is about 15 min drive from the house . We loved the garden around the house , quality beds linen etc . Would stay again

For those who want to give themselves a luxury dinner, hidden in Polignano sea caves there is a high-level restaurant, Ristorante Grotta Palazzese, entirely carved in the rock and visible only from the sea.
Nearby, do not miss Alberobello with its famous “trulli” and the medieval village of Conversano.
Bari airport is a 45-minute drive away, while Brindisi airport is 78 km away.
