Adoramos nossa estadia no apartamento da Cristina. Tudo funcionou muito bem, cama super confortável, ducha ótima, prédio excelente com muitas piscinas e jacuzzi e portaria 24h. Super silencioso, ótimo para dormir. A comunicação também foi excelente, Cristina e equipe respondiam imediatamente. O apartamento está localizado no pueblo de Tulum, dá para ir andando para vários restaurantes na rua principal do pueblo. Recomendo 100%.
New building and new apartment! Felt like I was at an all inclusive resort from the luxury building amenities and very clean apartment.
Absolutely loved my stay at Cristina's studio in Tulum! Cristina was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The studio itself was tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Its location was perfect, situated on the road to the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants. The amenities provided in the building were resort-like, adding an extra touch of luxury to the experience. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is located in downtown Tulum and you will be within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, shops and supermarkets. You will be only 5 minutes from La Veleta, and the archaeological zone (2.5km). 7-10 minutes to the beach and the hotel zone (3.3km). And only 15 minutes to some of the most important cenotes in the area(4.1km).
You can easily get around by bike, but keep in mind that most of the streets in Tulum are unpaved & there are some potholes and dust, for that reason we suggest moving around by ATV, scooter or car.
