Great long-weekend stay at a beautiful home. 2 minute walk to the beach. A Cleaning mishap was addressed quickly and appropriately by Kathy , and other that that had no issues . Very well-stocked with essentials, beach gear, and was baby friendly! Would easily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! It was like house sitting for a friend who lives super close to the beach. Super charming place, super convenient to beach/boardwalk. And the host was so helpful with all our questions! Will definitely come back if we can.

Before arriving the owner texted me stating she had to leave for PA to deal with an emergency with her parents. When we checked in, the house was dirty. The beds were unmade, the showers had sand and hair(they hadn't been washed), and my daughter found a tiny prescription blue bill in the master bed blankets. We assumed this was an out of the norm situation for this house and cleaned up and made the beds ourselves. After leaving the airbnb the owner requested we pay her $150 dollars for extra cleaning. The owner complained that we left " tampons and diapers in the trashcan" and sent me a picture of the towels I left in the laundry room (we had 5 guests at a beach house and I started a small load before we left) and an unmade bed. We use Airbnb often and I have nothing but 5 star reviews with hosts particularly noting how clean we are. The house is covered in personal items. Family photos everywhere, including in the master bedroom. Reading glasses and personal items on the bedside table. The master closet was full of clothes including undergarments, and the bathroom drawers were full of make up and jewelry. Lastly, there was a pink "Make America Great Again" hat displayed above the bed. As a frequent airbnb guest, this experience was very surprising and disappointing.

We had a great time in North Wildwood. Kathy’s place was spacious, clean, and just as described. We enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop deck and reading books on the deck off the living room. The garage had everything we needed for a day at the beach and the wagon made transporting all the beach gear easier. The location was great: close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again!
