Had a great holiday and I would definitely recommend staying at this property.
There was no high-speed internet as was written in the add. Lots of hassle with internet and the whatsapp contact (actual owner) does not speak english very well. The apartment was dusty and smelled of mold, some kitchen drawers were covered in mold. Some kitchen utensils old, kitchen surface was dirty. Old dirty cleaning rags in the kitchen. I bought new cleaning things and cleaned the whole apartment myself thoroughly (including - washed all bed linen, towels, sofa covers etc because of the horrible mold stink). No full roll toilet paper, soap, no tablets for dishwasher etc. Had to buy everything on the arrival. I understand that there had been noone in the apartment for some time, however, it is no way to receive guests. The first 3 days were like in a nightmare and I was actually on the verge of leaving. The apartment is actually rather old, it seems better on the pictures. However, if it would have been clean, it would have been tolerable. The pool is really lovely, the yard is lovely. Surrounded by nature, but close to the sea and shopping.
We have just returned from a wonderful peaceful and relaxing stay at Andrey's. The apartment is clean, spacious and the kitchen is perfect if you prefer to cook at home as we did. The surrounding area is beautifully landscaped with the pool a short walk away. If you like walking there is a gate at the top of the road which takes you to the canal where you can walk run or cycle. A 15-20min walk leads to the shopping area. A perfect place to stay long or short term.
We had a wonderful time at this apartment, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holidays this is your place.
2 adults 2 kids. Perfect apartment, 10 minutes to great and fairly quiet beach. There is a new large grocery shop 3 min away by car (Mercadona), + nice restaurants. GREAT aircondition, and lovely pool for the smaller kids. Quiet area, good parking on the street in front. 15-20 to nearest shoppingmall. Good kitchen if you are cooking. we would gladly come again.
