I recently stayed at this Airbnb and I can confidently say that the place is exactly as described. However, I would like to remind anyone considering booking this place that it is a shared space, as clearly stated in the listing. This means that your experience may vary depending on who else is present in the home during your stay. Fortunately, for us everyone was friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that you are provided with a specific set of dishes and a designated section in the fridge, which is a nice touch. Additionally, parking is available in front of the house. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. Overall, our stay was great.

Tay, Maribel and Ave were awesome in responding to all the needs. They even replaced the non working blender with new one. Common area cleanliness was arranged by them as and when needed. Enough utensils, cutlery, bathtowels. Any request is arranged immediately. Many families were staying in this place and had a nice time with them all. Really Fun.
Ficamos por quase 15 dias no quarto principal da casa e foi uma experiência muito boa no geral! Muito espaçoso e com camas confortáveis, chuveiro muito bom. A cozinha tem uma organização porém poderia melhorar. A limpeza também poderia ser melhor nas áreas comuns. A localização é muito boa e o condomínio é excelente! O único ponto de atenção antes de alugar é estar ciente de que na frente da casa somente tem 7 vagas e quando não tem mais espaço para estacionar é preciso estacionar o carro no club house que fica há 25 minutos andando da casa, porém somente aconteceu duas vezes conosco. A Disney fica mais ou menos a 20/30 minutos e a universal há 35/40 minutos, porém há um Walmart muito perto (3 minutos) e vários restaurantes próximos. Tay foi sempre muito ágil e educada nas respostas aos questionamentos enquanto estivemos lá Recomendamos muito a acomodação e agradecemos a hospitalidade!
El departamento que me fue aaignado estuvo impecable, Tay siempre amable y pendiente que no falte nada. Como sugerencia mejorar el medio de comunicación entre los huéspedes pues algunos no seguían las reglas, algunos eran sucios y desordenados con la cocina. Todo lo demás estuvo perfecto
