upon arrival, no one was at reception. man came out with a mouth full of food. we arrived an hour after check-in time and the room wasn't ready. The cleaner had to vacuum and finish off preparingthe room. no apology, we had to put our bags back in the car and drive into town. The address is about 10 minutes to Terrigal where there are lovely beaches, restaurants etc. There was a lot of dust on the side tables and upon entry to the room, it smelt extremely strong of cigarette smoke. we had to open the doors to try and air it out. bed was fine, bathroom was fine and in line with the price. Wouldn't stay again though.
