This place was great! We went for a low-key friends trip to ride mountain bikes. The place was clean and had plenty of places for people to sleep at night. The garage had places to put your bike and store your gear. Outside there was a hot tub that felt great after a long day of riding. Most importantly this place was VERY close to the trails. The Coler MTB trails were just 1/4 of a mile away. Slaughter Pen was only a 2 mile drive. Downtown was very close as well. If you are looking for a chill place to stay for your Bentonville adventures this place is for you.
I cannot say enough good things about the Duluthian! It was the perfect place for a large group - lots of beds, super well-stocked kitchen for making big meals, fun rec room, and a hot tub! And so great for mountain bikers, with a garage set up with bike racks and a bike stand, and a location that was an easy ride to multiple trails. Thank you for making my 40th birthday bash so memorable!
Our host provided incredible hospitality. We had to change our arrival time due to weather and they were very understanding and accommodating. They were also very responsive and friendly. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was an easy bike ride to Coler, and a short ride to Slaughter Pen. It was a perfect location for mountain biking. The house also had so much to do inside, but we spent most of our time riding the trails. The hot tub was clean and a great way to recover at night. We will definitely be back.
The location was super close to the Coler trail system which was great for mountain biking. The house itself had tons of activities to do. We had a day of rainy weather and my kids still had a lot of fun even though we were stuck inside. The house was very clean and well maintained. I would stay in this location again in a heartbeat.
