This home is a Tuscan villa dropped in the most idyllic of locations in Santa Barbara. The beautifully landscaped large yard overlooked the ocean, and we enjoyed the amenities of the backyard including large pool/jacuzzi. The house itself had great features to enjoy such as a billiard room/bar, multiple fireplaces, a chef's kitchen with a communal family room, a wonderful entertainment/screening room, a lovely patio, a great outdoor grill and bar. Each room is well appointed and very comfortable. Our host was very responsive and made sure everything was exactly how we liked before we arrived. It's all about the details and this house had them all. There are two master suites: one on the upper level and one on the ground floor and 2 additional proper bedrooms and one room adjacent to the family room. All have full ensuite bathrooms. The house even has an elevator which was useful forsending luggage up to the upper floor. Easily accommodated a family of 8. Highly recommend!
