From the moment you step through the door, you'll be greeted by a warm minimalistic feel and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living area offers a comfortable seating arrangement with leather sofas, and a four seat dining set to enjoy the views with your morning coffee. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances and all the essentials to prepare delicious meals, with a clean bright modern feel. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with quality bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of sun-soaked adventures. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a double bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. With a clean modern white decor creating a peaceful ambiance that invites relaxation. Very clean, great location, fantastic communication before and during our stay. Was very friendly and welcoming and we had everything we needed. It was great that we could park the car right outside. We have a fairly big car and there was plenty of room. It was very quiet but close to plenty of bars and restaurants. We had a lovely walk along the promenade to Tynemouth and also to St Mary’s lighthouse to see the seals. We had some lovely fish and chips at Trenchers less than 5 minutes walk away in the Spanish City and caught the metro easily to Newcastle for a good day out. There were 4 of us staying and we would all highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a great stay.
Perfect location! A very spacious stay for a family. Raymond was very helpful and proactive with communication. Apartment is clean and full of all the amenities you may need. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Whitley or Tynemouth!
This is a beautifully decorated apartment and spotlessly clean. It felt lovely as soon as we walked into it, which helped us to relax from the start. Raymond himself is a fantastic host; I think he genuinely cares that his guests are having a relaxing time, and he responded immediately to the couple of small queries that we had with expert knowledge and good humour. We had a hiccup while we were there (nothing to do with Raymond or a problem with the apartment, I hasten to add) and Raymond couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. It felt as if we were really valued guests, which is lovely. I’ll be booking to stay here again, without any hesitation.
A lovely place, perfect for the beach only a few minutes woke up to the brilliant Parkview with all of its lovely restaurants and shops. A lovely place with Sea views!
Had a lovely stay in Whitley Bay. Raymond was very responsive and provided a very friendly welcome. The flat was clean, spacious with a new fresh feel. The high chair and cot were brand new and very useful for us. You can see the beach and Spanish city from the window. St Mary’s light house was less than 10min drive where we managed to spot some seals.

The apartment is located on Park Avenue, which runs off the sea front, arguably Whitley Bay’s finest street ! … the sea view is enjoyed from the front windows, and Park View is a minutes walk away offering a super range of bars, restaurants and shops. There is a Coop store over the road, for all those essentials!…
This property could really not be in a better position in Whitley Bay…
