Pésima experiencia. Se realizó la reservación con 1 mes de anticipación, y se solicitó acceso antes de la hora de checking publicado. El anfitrión autorizó en ese momento lo solicitado. Después de hacer la reservación, nunca más se contacto con nosotros. Al llehgar a la propiedad no nos dió acceso, como se había acordado. Nos grito por teléfono (nosotros lo llamamos) y no le importó el inmenso frío, nos tuvo esperando en la calle (11 personas). Se justificó con que tuvo reserva antes. Nunca recibimos la notificación para modificar la hora de checking acordada. Viajamos de México a Montreal con 5 niños. No dejo sábanas, las solicitamos y nos las negó esa noche. Al entrar encontramos sábanas de camas sucias, cabellos en las camas y sábanas ,almohadas sucias y con mal olor, olor en casa a drenaje, cama matrimonial rota. Lo peor fue el trato por parte del propietario en todo momento. No hay nada rescatable con respecto a él. La chica de limpieza, fue amable, más empática que el anfitrión.
