Ken's home was beautiful and had a lot of privacy. We were a party of 6 and were very comfortable with the number of beds and bathrooms. Everything was clean and there are 2 washer and dryers on the property. We didn't get to use the pool or backyard since it was still cold in early April. Ken's instructions to finding the home were extremely helpful and it was definitely easier to find during the day versus at night. There are numerous light switches in the home and was a bit confusing figuring out which switch turned on/off which light or ceiling fan. The kitchen is spacious and would be perfect for cooking. Ken also had some board games in the home which we used and were quite fun. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a weekend getaway. Ken is also very responsive so your questions always gets answered.

Ken was an excellent host! He was extremely responsive to any of the minor issues and questions we had during the stay. The house is HUGE. We were 10 women and had plenty of room for sleeping, getting ready and enjoying the day (especially at the pool). The house is a little hard to find, especially if using Google Maps (which most Uber drivers did too). We had to use another house address on Fairway Drive then call the drivers to guide them where the house was. It’s at the end of the cul-du-sac off a long pebble driveway, so make sure you look at the great photos Ken posted so you know where you are when you arrive. Waze seemed to find the address better. Look forward to returning and highly recommend for large groups or families!!

House was super clean and has pretty much everything we needed. the grille was used and rusted and abused, I wish I knew because I would have brought my own grille. The mattresses were all uncomfortable and hard except the master bedroom. Overall Ken was very responsive and a great host!
