From the house, there is direct access to the dunes from which there is a fantastic view of the sea. The house is only a short distance from a lovely beach with shallow waters making it an ideal place for families with children. There has been performed ongoing renovations to the house, which has 3 great bedrooms. There is room for 6 people and you can bring your dog along for the holiday. The house features both lovely terraces and a big courtyard which offers shelter from the wind. Here a good spot can always be found as it offers equal opportunity for relaxing on the lounger with a good book and/or enjoying a lovely meal cooked on the grill. There is also a washing machine as well as a dryer. The house also features a cozy sitting room area which offers great opportunity for spending some family quality time, playing board games or cards, or watching some television. The burning stove ensures warm coziness on chilled evenings. There is no more than 10 km to the old borough, Sæby, and its lovely marina. The town offers many shopping opportunities as well as a wide selection of restaurants and small stores. At the outskirts of Sæby, you can find Sæbygaard Slot (Castle) which can be visited during the summer months. This is also the case concerning Voergaard Slot (Castle), which is one of Denmark's most beautiful renaissance buildings.
