4 / 5 Average is quite good. But there are several basic instructions needed to be provided. 1. Check in & Check out instructions. - Wish that there is a contact or specific Person In Charge (PIC) to get and return the key. - This would help each other to save their time. 2. Rooms environment - The room is just looks like the same as the picture provided. - However the floor is a bit dusty. But overall the room still in clean condition. - There is another things need to be mentioned, the air condition is not friendly. This is due to the the remote control not functioning. So the temperature is fixed. - Those bed are comfortable to sleep. Very soft! 3. Toilet - The toilet is clean. - The water pressure is quite low. - The drainage system is not that good. The water flow very slow. - Hanger are very less, just only 2 screws on the wall. (Inconvenience to hang your tower and wear) 4. Others - As picture and details mentioned, hair dryer is provided, but didn't provided.

Great deal right in the center of KL. A great place if you want to be in the action of the city.

good place, near the mrt/lrt , got lot of food around, mamak is just around the corner, peaceful nights (4 me lah) , ac is oke oke, but a very good place for backpackers like me, would love to book again bcs of the location

The place was hard to locate from street but local people guided us. The building common area was clean, carpeted floor, digital lock on main gate. A little disappointed with room as toilet flush needed repairs and AC remote was missing. The beds, mattress and sheets were really comfortable and clean. Charging sockets were a little too high on the wall. Overall okay stay for cheap price.
