Really enjoyed our stay at the river house! I contacted Josh when we checked in about a minor issue at the property and he responded really quickly and helped resolve things. Spotless property with a high quality finish and a lovely location on the river!

Josh’s place was beautiful, very clean and a nice area on the water. Josh was very responsive ensuring we had everything we need. The house was well stocked with the essentials, both for the kitchen and bathroom. We loved the games also!

The second we opened the door, we felt at peace. We were in town to spend most of our time bedside while my mother transitioned to eternal rest at a hospice house just 5minutes from the air bnb. We appreciated the quiet, parivate neighborhood for the few brief hours we were able to rest there. The location to restaurants is fantastic & to grocery. The home is clean, smells lovely & has everything we needed. GORGEOUS shower & comfortable beds. Decorated just beautifully! Being able to drop in for a quick lunch between hospital stays was such a wonderful thing. We enjoyed our wine in the wonderful lanai overlooking the river, the night of moms passing. We would 100% stay here again.
