A private trail from the front steps connects you to the neighboring state park with over 30 miles of hiking and biking trails. The outdoor space Nestled on 10 private acres, with a private trail leading from the home to the nearby park, there are endless adventures right outside. The home has multiple upper private decks, a lower deck leading to the hot tub, outdoor dining and lounge seating on the deck off the main level. Wonderful Amenities Stay warm in the winter with two beautiful gas fireplaces and central heating, while keeping cool in the summer with multiple mini split units. Each bedroom features sleep number beds with easy to use remotes.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Evergreen Basecamp. It is fairly convenient to get there from the airport, about an hour. The road that the property is on dirt and windy. 4 x 4 is required. It is worth it. The house is located in the middle of the forest without visible neighbors. There are gorgeous views from every window. There are multiple balconies with ample seating areas. The kitchen is nicely stocked. nice mix, antiques and modern/rustic furniture. Nice of decor throughout the house that are There are sleep number beds, which were quite comfortable. Hot tub perfectly at 104° and was clean and comfortable. there is a private trail about 200 yards long that started to the front door and winds up the hill joining the state park trails. It is quite steep but doable. There are plenty of trails to enjoy yourself on. There’s a short drive into town where there are some cute restaurants to choose from. Peaceful, serene. And beautiful!

The house was amazing. It was easy to find and access, no issues with getting up the trail. The inside was very well decorated and clean, felt exactly like a mountain home. The views from the house were beautiful! The trail next to the house led to some amazing views of the sunrise. Evergreen is a perfect location as it’s not too far from the airport or ski resorts. I had a great time at this house and will definitely be coming back in the future!
Beautiful house in a beautiful location, can't ask for more. This house was just as described, with breathtaking views, large spaceous rooms, well-appointed kitchen, and was exceptionally clean. I spent a few days here enjoying the relaxation, the views, the awesome hikes right off the property, and exploring the cute town of Evergreen. I also got a day of snowboarding in at nearby Loveland. I can't wait to come back.
What a great way to experience a real mountain town in Colorado! The property has beautiful views on its own, but a quick hike up the hill to the state park leads to even more amazing views. The house was a great choice for a nice get away. It's built for relaxation and is very well kept. Britta was very helpful, and her suggestion on renting a 4WD vehicle was a great tip. Didn't want to leave!

Evergreen Mountain Basecamp is located in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood.
This property is up a narrow road with multiple steep switchbacks and cannot be safely traversed in a 2wd vehicle when covered in snow, ice, or mud.
A 4WD and proper snow traction is recommended year round and absolutely REQUIRED from OCTOBER TO JUNE to travel to Evergreen Mountain Basecamp. Please do not book this property if you are not prepared or comfortable driving in winter driving conditions. Refunds will not be given if you try to access the property without the appropriate vehicle.
