Excellent communication with StayDuvet representative. Fantastic condo with lovely view of the golf course. Very peaceful and quiet. Very clean and aesthetically appealing location.
The place was very nice, but most all amenities were closed and those that were open required additional payment to use.
Great setting by Hole #9 tee box. Seabrook is a special place.
We stayed with StayDuvet for a weekend wedding and had a wonderful time. The condo was in a great central location to the gym, pool, shops and tennis courts! Every thing was clean and check in/out instructions made things very easy! We will stay again soon. Thank you!
A quick getaway/restart. This house was exactly what we needed. It was myself & 3 of my cousins & this was the first of many getaways for 2024. Our only complaint was that the beach wasn't so walking distance. A 20 min walk isnt so easy. Lol. The house itself was very clean & had all of the needed household amenities. There was great communication with the host. The view of the golf course was amazing. A wonderful time was had

Seabrook properties do require an amenity card before checking in to any property. Seabrook Island has private Club amenities. Guests need an amenity card to access these Club amenities. Rental guests need an amenity card in order to access club facilities. While on Island the amenity card functions as a credit card and access card to the facilities. We are a cashless Island; all charges will go to the credit card linked.
The Amenity office is located at 1002 Landfall Way.
Amenity Card Essentials:
• 💳 A $15 refundable deposit per card.
• 📆 Daily/weekly Amenity Fee : $40/day or $225/week.
• 🔄 Additional guests with separate credit cards: $50 admin fee per card.
