This was a great location for me. I like to walk so the nearest T being 15-20 minutes away wasn't a problem. However, every Uber found the address. The street was quiet. Although the house was full I didn't bump into anyone else. Instructions were clear for entry. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

For ~$150 per night it’s not a bad deal. I’d recommend it for those looking for a budget stay. Naturally, with a shared bedroom there will be other guests and the host cannot always control that. Unfortunately during my stay there were noisy guests who were cooking a very pungent late dinner (even though George has very clear policies to try to avoid both). George was also very responsive. Great host, good location. Beyond all of that, the place just needs more maintenance.

Perfect stay and perfect contact. You have everything you need, bathroom, kitchen, shower gel, towels…had a good time there and would definetely recommend it anytime. George always answered quickly and helpfully!
