Super comfy, new mattress, and with tasteful, beachy furnishings throughout, you'll have access to all the common areas, including the kitchen and laundry. Large garden with gas BBQ and dining area. Friendly, medium sized dog completes the offering.

Arlene and family are excellent hosts! We could not have asked for better! They were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room and facilities are brilliant and the location is nice and close to the beach. would definitely recommend!
As described and more! Arlene is an extremely welcoming, helpful, considerate and friendly host. I felt very lucky to be able to briefly share the beautiful immaculate family home in a quiet leafy street. It's in a fantastic location and so good if you're travelling by train (with only gentle occasional train noise in the background which didn't bother me in the slightest), and is close to the main street full of great restaurants, cafes and shops, with the beach just a few minutes' walk away. The bedroom with ensuite bathroom is lovely - fresh, characterful and homely, with a very comfortable bed. Gorgeous gentle dog too!

Leafy Hampton is by the beach with excellent public transport and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.
It's easy to get around the neighbourhood on foot, the public transport options are excellent, and we have private, off-street parking.
