Nice property in tranquil location. Close to public transport with services to the city and northern beaches running regularly. The kitchen is outside with basic functionality, the addition of an oven would be welcomed. There is a serious issue with the plumbing which saw sewage coming up through the drain pipe in the bathroom while taking a shower. When this issue was reported I was taken aback at the lack of urgency in wanting to resolve this however it was resolved on the same day but I don't believe it was repaired by a plumber more a cleaner with a plunger. The washing machine isn't plumbed in correctly either, use a low water level setting otherwise water will leak on the floor. There are clothing racks available but no wardrobes so you will live out of a suitcase. TV is functional but has a 4" white line on the right side of screen. Hosts allowed for early check in and late check out. All in all, a pleasant stay apart from the plumbing issue. Would stay here again.

Has all the basics. Clean beds and bathroom if staying for a few nights in the local Belrose area. we stayed for 3 nights.
