The place felt really safe in a town that does not feel safe everywhere : it’s located in a secured and private area so you feel like you can walk around and park your car without being scared.

Fantastic place. Manuel was a great host and it was perfect for a couple nights. The community is gated with security so it was very safe. It was close to the airport and walkable to a number of restaurants. Highly recommend - I will be telling friends and family about it.

Manuel’s horse was lovely. Clean & safe. He responded to me very quickly & was so helpful. I had an accident while visiting Costa Rica & Manuel took me to hospital which I was so grateful for. A great host.

I needed a place to stay for 1 evening before heading to a retreat 2 hours away with a group. the place was tidy and clean. clear instructions which I didn't get before landing because of service so that was my mistake getting worried. but once i got wifi and could log in everything was perfectly laid out. the one thing I would make sure of is when you're leaving and booking a taxi or uber, to inform the guard before hand when they're coming. thankfully the home and gate was close enough that I could walk to car but others might not be able to do that. home would have been perfect for anyone not able to climb stairs as there are none other than 1 step into house. very nice. I got a great sleep and had a nice warm shower. perfect after a long day and night of travel. thank you
