Keep it simple at this newly updated and centrally-located home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is minutes from many local, restaurants, activities and colleges (Seton Hill, St Vincent) plus so close to the local ice rink (Palmer Imaging Arena), you can see it. We are also only 25 miles from Pittsburgh sports stadiums, and so much more. Some of our favorite local businesses to try are the Yellow ridge Brewery or Ianni’s for a wood fired pizza. Please no parties or pets New furniture and amenities throughout.

The stay here was perfect for a night away. It was very close to the wedding reception and a few local stores. Everything was comfortable and so very cozy. Had a fantastic stay here. Thank you so much!
Kim's place was extremely clean and nicely decorated. If you have trouble navigating steps, there are many. Kim is great with communicating and everything is as she says. Beds were comfy which is always a plus. Neighborhood was quiet and nicely kept. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
Great stay and very clean. Kimberly had everything well appointed. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. One thing to note - There was a strong detergent fragrance on the bed linens. It didn’t bother us, but something to be aware of if strong scents are an issue.
Kimberly’s place was very clean and spacious. It felt like home. It is the perfect stay while in the area traveling to Pittsburgh or local events. I highly recommend the stay. It was a great experience for my wife and I, while visiting the area.
