Richard may be the most considerate and helpful host I’ve ever come across. No exaggeration. Won’t go into details but needless to say he went above and beyond to help my family get settled and be comfortable when we needed it!! His place is indeed charming and my kids and dog and I loved the little path behind the house. And the nice back yard. Highly recommend.

Richard is a fantastic host, he is beyond attentive and caring. When my dog got an allergic reaction, he quickly called to see how she was doing. He is quick to respond and leaves everything clear. The house is fully stocked and he has everything you could need from bug spray to numerous pots and pans. It was very stuffy when we first got in but once we opened up the windows and put the fans on, it was comfortable. There is no A/C but at night it gets cool. His place has numerous rooms so everyone could spread out comfortably. The only thing to note is that the fire pit is not next to the house, it’s a quick walk down a path.

A lovely comfortable home, in a beautiful location. We keep going back and will continue to do so. Richard is just amazing.
