Located just a couple miles from the unique Matlache Island where you'll find fresh seafood , restaurants and boutiques to satisfy anyone looking for a little shopping. Downtown Cape Coral is just a few short minutes drive and the ever growing area has new places popping up often. Gulf Coast Retreat is also just a mile from Publix(groceries), Walgreens & restaurant's. Also worth mentioning: Gulf Coast retreat is located between two channels, so there is just one way in and one way out. This makes the neighbood so delightfully peaceful . Property is ideal for family vacations with lots of space to spread out since enjoy each other’s company. The driveway is even large enough to bring your boat! **The boat ramp it just a couple blocks away and its quick access to lots of great boating/fishing** Smart TV's and Super Fast 500 Mbps WiFi! Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Screened lanai to help keep bugs at bay and the pool clean. Bedroom 1: King Bed With attached en-suite Bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Full over Full bunk beds, with a twin trundle (open-no door on this bedroom) Living Room: Queen Sofa Bed (1 Pack n’ Play also provided) Highchair, and kids dinnerware provided All linens and towels provided (bath and beach!) There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right? The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and center island. Plenty of place settings incl drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, air fryer, crock pot, rice cooker, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!) Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot got around $20. Dining: Kitchen Island with 4 stools, Dining room table that seats 6 ,plus a Kitchen(coffee) nook that seats 2 Poolside: Outdoor sofa, 2 chairs, Coffee table & 2 lounge chairs Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Pool heat available for $100/wk - Hot tub heat($100/wk optional) Games: Cards, Board Games, Pool Toys Central Air & Heat pump Washer and Dryer (including detergent & dryer sheets) Tons of Amenities Included: Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper and soap provided! Beach Equipment: sand chairs, large beach mat & cooler with wheels provided This is a very well kept home and I want everyone to enjoy their time however I cannot express enough that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AT ALL and anyone who breaks this rule WILL be immediately evicted without refund and subject to an additional $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID (please do it somewhere else), any excess cars or guests. We allow 4 cars maximum (No street or yard parking). Absolutely no indoor smoking including the garage. Minimum renter age 25. 8 adults maximum. We care about our neighbors and our home and this behavior is not allowed at this property. If this is your intention PLEASE do not book!
