Enter through the garage or front door take 3 stairs to enter the ground floor foyer - here is where the strict BARE FEET & NO SMOKING ZONES begin. TY :) On the first floor are two queen bedrooms with room darkening shades behind the custom privacy blinds, room-in-room controlled heating, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, ample size closets with built-in shelves for storage, extra beach and bath towels, blankets, and hangers, and full-length mirror hanging on the back of each door. This floor has a shared bathroom with a deep soaking tub & shower combo, complimentary hypoallergenic bath, hair and skin products, ample bath linens., hair dryer, makeup mirror, first aid kit, emergency light, and fire extinguisher. The laundry room is on this floor with an oversized washer and dryer + hypoallergenic washing supplies, iron, ironing board, and wrinkle steamer. The 2nd-floor open-concept main living space is great for families, couples, and business travelers alike. This is where you'll congregate and find lovely ocean views, a powder room, a gourmet kitchen, bar seating for 2, a Coffee/Tea/Cocoa Bar, a dining area Farm table seating 6, an expansive living room with high-end reclining sofa and chairs, gas fireplace and a bar/game room with a cafe table seating for 4 and a beer/wine fridge, and Mega Boom Bluetooth app controlled speaker.
