Good secure location, can hear noises from other neighbors if they’re laughing, talking, watching tv etc but we didn’t care too much, good Peruvian restaurants nearby that serve authentic food, calm at night, everything is in walking vicinity such as grocery stores, restaurants, parks, shops, etc. However, there is no elevator in case you’re bringing older family members over it can be a pain to them but it’s just 3 levels max. Across the street is a gate if you cross it, you get a spectacular view of the Costa Verde.

Juan responded quickly and tried to manage it well. But not being in the same country complicates matters. You do not manage a property remotely from another country. You must be present. The person in the reception was excellent and did a fantastic job. We had a problem with a leaking WC and they tried to fix it 3 times before they finally replaced it and the problem was solved. The whole building is BADLY constructed as the center of it amplifies any noise from any one of the appartments. It is simply a wrongly designed building with absolutely no privacy.

Absolutely amazing location. Right in the heart of Barranco but quiet and peaceful at the same time. Highly recommend for couples. Host was very responsive at all times. Will stay again when I’m back in Peru.
