As you move on up to the next living level (level 2) you will be greeted by a large open space which includes the living room, dining, kitchen and half bath. This is where the views become really captivating. The living room is open and spacious and is equipped with plenty of seating for the family to enjoy time together. The living room has a large flat screen TV with cable, DVD player and WiFi is provided throughout. This room provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying the early morning sunrise as it peeks above the glistening horizon. The dining area has ample seating for 8 at the large table and seating for 2 others at the kitchen bar area. The kitchen is very spacious and is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations. It is equipped with all required major and small appliances.  All major appliances are stainless steel and include a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, range/oven, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small counter appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender.
