The architectural home and gardens are set atop Mt Haven, with commanding 270 degree views of the Coral Sea and Keppel Island group. The residence is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens and features an abundance of birdlife. South Haven boasts 3 spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds, complete with luxurious linen, towels and organic products. All bedrooms and living spaces have air-conditioning and ceiling fans for year round comfort. Each bed is exquisitely comfortable with cloud-like mattresses, down doonas and pillows. The designer kitchen features an expansive concrete island bench, perfect for dining or sitting at and admiring the incredible view. The kitchen is equipped with everything a gourmet foodie could wish for, including a Breville espresso coffee machine. The residence offers the ultimate in indoor/outdoor luxury.

Breathtaking place. It’s a perfect combination of wow-factor mansion and cosy home. The type of place you’ll never forget, can’t recommend it enough. Amazing hosts to deal with. I’ll be back.
Sarah’s place is stunning! The view is ridiculous, I don’t think I’ve been fortunate enough to stay somewhere with a view as breathtaking as this before. This house is comfortable, well laid out, and has everything you’d need for a holiday home. We would love to stay there again.
MAGICAL This properly far exceeded all our expectations. You need to see it to truly believe it. The 270 degree view out to the Coral Sea is SENSATIONAL. I think we counted twenty islands! A highlight was waking up to a pod of dolphins on the first morning! Our children haven’t stopped talking about it. The house itself is stunning. A practical layout which made it easy with children… huge windows everywhere which means you experience the incredible view from almost every part of the house. Bathrooms impeccably clean and large. Bedrooms also spacious, fabulous AC and the beds (and beautiful linen!) amazingly comfortable. Very tasteful & interesting art! And of course we relished having so much privacy & the space to ourselves being on 50 acres!!! We cannot believe how good this property is. Planning to book in Christmas holidays again. The town itself (Emu Park) is quaint and lovely!! Nice coffee shops, an excellent playground situated right at main beach.

A scenic 20 kilometre drive south along the coast from Yeppoon.
Once an exclusive beach resort at the turn of the 20th century, Emu Park is an idyllic seaside village with plenty of character.
Set against a spectacular coastal vista, Emu Park is home to the famous Singing Ship sculpture. The majestic monument commemorates the area’s legacy of the historical explorations of Captain James Cook. A gentle sea breeze produces a musical sound through fluted pipes that will be long remembered.
Just below the Singing Ship is a viewing deck and boardwalk that makes up part of the new Centenary of ANZAC Memorial Walk. The boardwalk hugs the coastline and features information on the First World War’s many major battles. At the lower end of the walk are several commemorative art installations and a gatehouse that honours locals who fought in World War One.
Bell Park, located in the town’s centre, is a peaceful oasis perfect for enjoying a picnic or a kick of the footy. The park is home to several iconic events each year like ‘Oktoberfest’ and the ‘Festival of the Wind’, as well as monthly markets. Emu Park Main Beach is a calm beach with a surrounding grassy picnic area and large undercover playground. The beach is patrolled during peak times.
Along the foreshore boasts a new playground at Kerr Park.
If you have a boat or just like to wet a line, nearby Coorooman Creek is a popular local fishing spot with a quality boat ramp and pontoon.
The area is suited to getting around by car.
Emu Park town centre is approx 3-5 mins drive from the Estate.
Yeppoon is approximately 20kms North. (15-20 mins).
Rockhampton is approximately 48km West (40 mins).
