We stayed with Jay 2 weeks and everything was perfect. Jay is super responsive and help us with everything from details in the apartment to arranging motorbike rental or airport transfer. I was working there during my time and the internet was reliable. The location is great too, super close to all the restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back to siargao.

Jay was a perfect host. He was very responsive and gave us very flexible check in and check outs that fit our needs. The space was very clean great AC and a really well designed space. The Starlink internet was fast and reliable as well. The availability of laundry on the premise was a huge plus. The neighborhood is very peaceful and has a great local feel. If you are looking for a quiet place to work or relax this is for you. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

What a great spot! Jay's place is clean, comfortable, ideally located and quiet. It's not far from Cloud9 and General Luna, but also far enough away to be peaceful. Grab a bike or tricycle and you're right there. If you want to hit the bars and restaurants they're within walking distance. Jay takes care of the small things. Blackout blinds and a powerful air conditioner for a great sleep. Water heater for a comfortable shower. Proper cookware if you want to spend a night in cooking for yourself. There's a nice balcony to watch the sunset. Jay also has a generator in case of a general power outage. Next time we're in Siargao, Jay's place would be our #1 choice!
