Joseph was helpful and responsive. Unit is cleaned, comfortable and spacious. The only shortcoming is that there is only 1 access card which has to be used in lifts and for opening doors to the building. It can be troublesome for big groups coming in or going out in different timing. Overall we are still very satisfied with our stay.

Very spacious condo unit. Love that it has 3 bedrooms with attached toilet. The beds in the room can sleep 8 pax and there are mattresses for another 8 pax. A spacious dining and living room. A good size kitchen. The owner kept the place clean. He is also very responsive to my texts. My family of 10 enjoyed the spaciousness. My hub and I have stayed in many Airbnbs in Vietnam, Japan, Korea, etc. For the places we have stayed even with lower cost, they have enhanced the experience with nice shampoo, body shampoo, tooth brushes, quality towels, etc. The hair dryer etc were clearly stated in the instruction sticked on the door or table too. This unit can be enhanced for better experience. For this unit, I have booked this place for S$203.63 for 2 nights, nearby to places we wanted to visit - Toppen, Ikea, Aeon, Austin Heights etc.

Overall satisfied for the stay. Great house let my whole family can stay together. The host is super friendly and very responsive when I have some doubts.
