It has one queen-size bed, two sofa beds, and one queen-size floor blanket, allowing accommodation for up to 8 people. 2. Located in the city center, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Gajwa Subway Station and 20 minutes to Hongdae Entrance Station. There are cafes and bakeries nearby, and Sungsan Neighborhood Park is within a 10-minute walk, providing a pleasant walking environment. Along the way to Hongdae Station, you'll find many vintage shops and cafes, making it a diverse and interesting neighborhood. 3. The newly constructed building features brand new amenities such as a TV, refrigerator, and a washing machine with a drying function. With an elevator, it is convenient to move even with heavy luggage. 4. Air conditioning and heating are installed for a comfortable stay in both hot summer and cold winter. Hot and cold water are available. 5. CCTV is installed at the building entrance and surrounding areas for secure management. Accommodation • After each guest leaves, a professional guesthouse cleaning company manages and disinfects the place using disinfectant recommended by the Korean CDC. All bedding and towels are washed and cleaned, ensuring a very clean environment. • Please read all descriptions and house rules (house manual) before making a reservation. • The sofa beds are used as regular sofas and can be transformed into bed forms for sleeping.
