Welcome to our beautiful chalet, carefully converted from the outbuilding of a small 19th century hunting lodge. This unique holiday home offers a perfect blend of historical charm and modern comfort. Spanning 1076 square feet (100 m²), the chalet features two large bedrooms and a sofa bed to ensure restful sleep at night. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need after a long day of hiking or skiing, and more. Additionally, the chalet boasts a 65-inch flat-screen TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+. Entertainment options also include board games and a cozy tiled stove. Firewood is available for free use. Select wines, local spirits, juices, and more can be purchased from the minibar.

Our family (3 adults and 2 children) had a great stay! The house was a great size for us and in a beautiful location. There are hiking trails right outside, a playground for kids, and a nice fireplace for the evenings. we could walk to a nice bakery in the morning and the grocery store in town is about 1km away. The tobaganing in Oberperfus was great (weather permitting) and we drove about 25 mins for downhill skiing and alpine hiking. Highly recommended!
Sehr gutes Haus in einer besonderen Lage.
Die Wohnung ist sehr neu, top ausgestattet mit großer Küche, Espresso-Vollautomat, Geschirrspüler, großer Gasherd. Großes Bad, separate Gästetoilette, Esstisch für 6 Personen, großer TV mit Netflix, Amazon. Alles vom Feinsten! Außerdem gibt es eine große Terrasse mit Gasgrill. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Räume haben hohe Decken, viel Licht und Fußbodenheizung. Nils ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagiert auf Anfragen sehr schnell. Er wohnt im Haupthaus, dass direkt daneben liegt. Uns fehlten z.b. Spülmaschinen-Tabs - er hat uns gleich ein paar vorbeigebracht. Wir konnten am Abreisetag problemlos erst am Nachmittag auschecken, da die Wohnung glücklicherweise nicht direkt im Anschluss neu vermietet war. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmals hierher!
Het chalet is in werkelijkheid nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Schoon, mooi, heerlijke open haard, fijne bedden en alles aanwezig dat we konden wensen. Nils is een fijne gastheer die ons hartelijk verwelkomde met lokale “schnaps” en andere heerlijkheden. Ook was Nils altijd bereikbaar voor vragen en gaf hij fijne en nuttige tips voor activiteiten en restaurants in de omgeving. Hartelijk dank voor de gastvrijheid, Nils! We kunnen dit mooie chalet iedereen aanraden!
Definitely one of the best places we have stayed! Clear communication ,easy instructions , very beautifully located and perfect getaway place. Very near to Oberperfuss bergbahn ( 1.3 km) for skiing and sledging for which we were there. Nils is a super cool host, friendly and easy to reach out at any hours for any questions. The house was new and super clean with all the amenities for cooking. We were there with two kids and they had plenty of space to play which was so good to have. The view outside is scenic and mesmerizing. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back for a longer stay. Thank you again!

The quiet village is walkable from the guesthouse with access to a local baker, supermarket, and local restaurants. You can also sample local produce from eggs, to local organic milk and honey from the region sold directly by farmers in the village.
There is public transport available which you can use to reach Innsbruck's Central Train Station and its airport. You can also reach other mountain skiing resorts.
On site there is a covered garage for 1 car as well as plenty of space for additional vehicles along the driveway.
